Sintered Titanium Filter Cartridge for Corrosive Fluids

This sintered titanium filter cartridge is designed for demanding filtration duties where heat, repeated cleaning or chemically aggressive media can limit conventional disposable filters. Its high-purity titanium powder is sintered into a rigid porous body with filtration ratings from 0.5–100 μm. Threaded M20, M22, M26, M30 or M32 connections and lengths from 5″ to 40″ allow the element to be fitted into different housings and process equipment.

Typical applications include process steam filtration, filtration of liquids and gases that are chemically compatible with titanium, catalyst or activated-carbon recovery, and water-treatment processes involving ozone or elevated temperatures. The cartridge can be regenerated by backwashing, ultrasonic cleaning or suitable chemical cleaning, depending on the contaminant and process conditions. These characteristics make it suitable for reusable industrial filtration solutions where thermal stability, corrosion resistance and cleanability are required.
