Introduction
High effectively 1/2/3/4/5/6 stage filter hydraulic oil purification unit/cooking oil purification machine. Movable filter is composed of prefilter, oil pump and filtration unit, prefilter for a metal netting,
to prevent the large solid into the pump, oil pump is usually gear pump, to convey the unpurified
oil into the filtration device.The filter device is a small manual compression plate and frame filter press,
using special filter paper as a filter medium. Under the oil pump pressure help, the unpurified oil into the
plate & frame filter press, it will be a pure filter oil after it throughs the filter paper. The solid impurities trapped
in the filter paper surface, a small amount of water is absorbed by the wool stoma of filter pape.The filtration
pressure is normal not over 0.3MPa, when there is too much deposition impurity on the filter paper surface,
the filter pressure is increased to 0.35 MPa, or when the moisture of filter paper absorption is close to saturation
state, residual moisture in the oil filter no longer falls, it should be replaced the filter paper. When the oil has a
high viscosity,it can be preheating again, in order to reduce the viscosity for reusing.This kind of oil filter machine
can remove the solid impurities and a small amount of water, it is suitable for the general electric oil and
lubricating oil refining.
